FAQ

Q) What quality of art/writing am I getting?
A) $5 USD is the minimum for both art and writing. Our art requirement is a clean sketch, and our writing requirement is 800 words.

Q) Can I request dead dove/taboo/NSFW?
A) We prohibit any NSFW, Taboo, dead dove, or proship content being requested or made in this event. Furthermore, if you proceed to donate with these requests, we will properly inform you that we will not be completing them.

Q) Can I donate more than the $5 USD / more than once?
A) Of course! More donation is always encouraged, but $5 USD is minimum for one prompt.

Q) Can I request anonymously?
A) The finished pieces will likely be uploaded to the artists personal account (Twitter, Ao3, etc.), but you'll be able to specify if you want your handle/user attached to it or not.

How Does It Work?

Gotcha for Gaza is a fan run initiative that first began with the TGCF Gotcha for Gaza. Since then, many other fandoms have created events such as these to help the people of Gaza. This is a charity event by Pokémon fans to raise funds for the people of Palestine.In this event, fans can donate a minimum of $5 USD to a verified Palestinian GoFundMe, Palestinian organization (ex. Operation Olive Branch), or an ESim with valid, screenshotted, proof. In return, our creators will make a piece of writing or art (of Pokémon characters) based on their prompt (donors may specify what type of content they would like made).
